Arams 1.10.0 introduces several improvements designed to make large photo shoots faster to process and give you more control over the final result. You can now apply different retouch settings to men and women within the same photo, review both selected and rejected images, and automate the end of long export jobs.
Different Retouch Settings for Men and Women
Retouching requirements can vary across group, family, wedding, and corporate shoots. Female portraits may require more delicate skin retouching, while male portraits may benefit from preserving more natural skin texture.
With Arams 1.10.0, you can set separate retouch parameters for faces of different genders. Arams automatically detects faces in the photo and applies the appropriate settings to each person.
This keeps your workflow in one place without creating multiple presets or making additional manual adjustments.
Review Selected and Rejected Photos (Beta)
This feature is currently available in Beta. To start using it, enable it in the settings.
Reviewing the results of automatic photo selection is now more flexible.
You can:
- view only the photos that passed the selection;
- use a mixed mode that displays both selected and rejected photos with a visual distinction between them.
This makes it easier to review selection results, find specific shots, or take another look at photos that were automatically rejected.
Automatically Shut Down Your Computer After Export
If a large shoot takes a long time to process, you no longer need to wait for the export to finish.
Arams can now automatically shut down your computer after all export tasks have been completed successfully. Start the processing in the evening and let Arams finish the job on its own.
Improved File Name Sorting
Arams now offers an alternative file name sorting method that follows the correct numerical sequence.
For example, files named:
- IMG_1
- IMG_2
- IMG_10
will now appear in this order instead of the lexicographical order where IMG_10 would appear between IMG_1 and IMG_2.
