Export photographs to MyShot
What you will do
Section titled “What you will do”Send a chosen set of photographs from Arams to an existing MyShot album, then check both the upload task and the photographs in the gallery. This is useful when you want to deliver a web gallery instead of saving another local folder.
MyShot export uploads files to an online destination. It is separate from exporting to your hard drive, and uploading photographs does not by itself share the album with a client.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to Arams with the account connected to the MyShot storage you intend to use.
- Create or choose the destination album in advance, and make sure you are allowed to upload the photographs to it.
- Decide which photographs belong in this delivery. Rejects are not included in the export count.
- Check that the account has enough available MyShot storage.
Select the photographs and open MyShot export
Section titled “Select the photographs and open MyShot export”- In the project grid, select the photographs you want to deliver.
- Open the export workspace and choose Local.
- Choose the required local retouching tools and settings. The MyShot destination does not decide how the photographs are processed.
- Open Export settings.
- Under Export to, choose To the client — To MyShot gallery.
- If the MyShot introduction opens, review it and select Go to export. Arams can hand the signed-in account to MyShot without a separate registration step.

Choose the album and review the delivery
Section titled “Choose the album and review the delivery”- Under Photos to Export, choose the selected photographs.
- Compare the Selected count and visible thumbnails with the delivery you intend to send.
- Under Upload settings, open Export album and choose the destination album.
- Check Available space. If it is insufficient, reduce the outgoing selection or use another authorized destination; do not assume the upload will make room automatically.
- Set Quality for this delivery. A lower value can reduce transfer and storage use, while a higher value is better suited to photographs that need closer inspection. Treat the displayed value as a delivery choice, not a universal recommendation, and inspect the uploaded photographs before sharing the album.
- Recheck the destination, selection, album, space, and quality on the same screen.

Selecting an album and seeing an enabled Export button means the configuration is ready. No files leave Arams until you start the export.
Upload and follow progress
Section titled “Upload and follow progress”- Select Export.
- Open the export history with the history/clock icon in the top bar.
- Find the new Export task and wait until it shows Completed and 100%.
- Check that the task shows the expected processing mode, photograph count, and album.
- Reopen Export settings, choose MyShot, and open the album list. Confirm that the current album name and photograph count reflect the delivery.

The album list is a useful cross-check, but Completed in Arams is not the final delivery check. Open MyShot and inspect the destination itself.
Verify the photographs in MyShot
Section titled “Verify the photographs in MyShot”- Open MyShot with the same account and select the destination album.
- Confirm that the album contains the expected number of new photographs.
- Open every uploaded photograph in the full viewer.
- Check that each image is the intended photograph, displays completely, and is sharp enough for its delivery purpose.
- If the result is not suitable, return to the source project and revise the processing or Quality choice before creating a new delivery.

Review access before sharing
Section titled “Review access before sharing”Uploading and sharing are separate decisions. In MyShot, open the album’s Access settings and review the controls that matter for the delivery, including comments, reactions, downloads, avatar display, contact access, and moderated viewing.

Do not copy the example switches automatically. Choose access according to the client agreement, then share a link only when the album contents and access settings are ready.
Retry and cancellation limits
Section titled “Retry and cancellation limits”- If Arams shows Completed and the photographs are present in MyShot, do not export the same selection again. Repeating the export can create a duplicate delivery.
- If a task fails or appears to stall, inspect the destination album before retrying. Start a new export only after you have confirmed that the intended photographs are absent.
- Do not rely on closing the settings or leaving the project to cancel an upload. Check the task status and destination album before trying again.
- Removing task history is not a substitute for removing photographs from MyShot. Manage gallery contents and access in MyShot deliberately.
If it does not work
Section titled “If it does not work”- MyShot does not show the account handoff: confirm that you are signed in to the intended Arams account, then reopen Export settings.
- The destination album is missing: check the MyShot account and album first. Avoid choosing a similarly named album simply to continue.
- The selected count is wrong: close the settings, rebuild the selection, and reopen Export settings. Rejected photographs are excluded.
- Available space is insufficient: reduce the selection or save the photographs to your hard drive instead.
- Arams reports completion but the photographs are not where expected: compare the album shown in the completed task with the current album list, then inspect that album in MyShot before retrying.
- An uploaded photograph looks wrong: do not share the album. Correct the processing or quality choice and create a clearly identified replacement delivery.
