Review processing tasks

Open Export and Render History, inspect a completed local export, and clear completed task records after you no longer need them in the list.

These steps were verified on Windows with the English interface in Arams 1.10.2. The verified example used a signed-in account and a project containing maxine-01.jpg and maxine-02.jpg, both full-resolution 6064 × 4040 JPEG portraits.

The example created one real Local JPEG export of maxine-01.jpg with all retouching plugins disabled. It did not request cloud or paid processing. Your history may contain different task types and counts; this page verifies the completed local-export state shown below.

Open and review the history

  1. Open the project that contains the processing task you want to review.
  2. In the toolbar above the photographs, click the history icon. Its tooltip reads Export and Render History.
  3. Find the task and check its summary. In the verified example, the drawer shows Completed, 100%, Task — Export, Mode — Local, and Photos — 1.
  4. Check Total at the top of the drawer. It reads 1 when the verified example contains its single completed task.

The displayed export path is shortened when it does not fit in the task card. The screenshot therefore confirms the task state and mode, not the complete destination path.

Remove completed task records

  1. Click Delete completed tasks.
  2. In the confirmation dialog, read Are you sure you want to delete completed tasks?
  3. Click Accept to remove the completed records from the history.
  4. Check that the drawer now reads There are no active tasks at this time and that Delete completed tasks is no longer shown.

Check the result

Before clearing, the task card should show Completed and 100%, together with the task type, mode, elapsed time, export-path summary, and photo count. After clearing the only completed task in this example, the history should show Total: 0 and There are no active tasks at this time.

This procedure verifies reviewing and clearing one completed local-export record. It does not verify active, paused, failed, cloud, or multi-photo tasks, and it does not establish what happens to exported files after their history records are removed.

If it does not work

  • The drawer is empty before you start: there is no task record to review in the current history. Complete a supported export or render workflow first; changing settings alone does not create the completed record shown here.
  • The task is not complete: do not use this example’s Completed and 100% checks for a running or failed task. Recovery controls for those states were not verified in this workflow.
  • Delete completed tasks is missing: the control is shown when completed task records are present. Check the task state and the Total count.
  • The confirmation remains open: choose Accept to complete the verified clearing action. Closing or cancelling the confirmation leaves the completed records in place.
