Create a project

What you will do

Create an empty project and open its workspace.

Before you start

Sign in to Arams. These steps were verified on Windows in Arams 1.11.0-dev.3, with the interface set to English, in a new profile with no projects.

Steps

On the home screen, click the Create a project tile with the plus sign.
In the Create a project dialog, enter a name in Name. This example uses First project.
Leave Location set to Default.
Click Create.

Wait for the project to open. Its name appears at the top, beside the photo area.

Check the result

The creation dialog closes. At the top, you can see First project and the counter 0 photos / 0 selected. Add Photos appears on the left. The project is still empty.

If it does not work

Name errors and choosing a different location have not yet been verified. If the creation dialog is still open, project creation is not confirmed. These steps do not add photos; continue with Import photos.
